Return / Refund policy
“If You’re Not Happy, We’re Not Happy”
We have a 3-day return policy, which means you have 3 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tag-card and box, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please first send us request for return (through email email@example.com or Instagram direct message or what’s app 03204400559 or through Facebook messenger whatever convenient to you) once accepted then sent item back to us through any courier service.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
In the unlikely event that you are just sad with your order, please don’t hesitate to contact us. In a certain circumstance, we can offer you an exchange with another piece or item.
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, (you can also crosscheck item delivery status info from your courier) we will refund amount to your Jazz Cash Account or Against your National ID card number or Easy Paisa Account or Any Bank account of your choice. Any question regarding amount transfer will be welcomed.
